Hilary is one of the owners of Pathways Recovery Center. She was raised in Westchester County, NY, where she graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1984. She then attended Mercy College/Career Blazers Learning Center through October 1984. In 1986 Hilary moved to the Bay Area in California where she began her career and worked in the administrative areas of accounting for 24 years. Her final position which she began in 1999 was for KPMG which is one of the Big 4 accounting firms in the country. She is well equipped, after her extensive experience, to now be the Chief Financial Officer for Pathways Recovery Center. Although Hilary is not a recovering addict/alcoholic, she defiantly understands the disease, as she has watched family, as well as friends, go through their addictions. She has much respect for the process, and really can relate especially to the parents of an addict/alcoholic, who has been thrown into this process, without much knowledge and understanding of the disease. Hilary gave over 24 years of her career to the business of accounting, and although she loved her work, she never felt completely fulfilled. It is why after all that time she made the decision to move across the country to Royal Palm Beach, Florida, and Partner with the others to open Pathways Recovery Center, where she can not only put her skills to good use, but also her passion for helping others.
